Do you want to invite participants to join your activity (Board, Session, Quiz...) without them having to create an account? Follow these steps to make it quick and easy to access your business.
As an animator
1 - Prepare to share your activity
Before you share your activity, make sure it hasn't been started or shared yet.
When setting up sharing, select "Open to users with the link” and the option "Ask participants for a nickname".
This option allows participants to join the activity by simply entering a pseudonym, without creating an account.
2 - Share the activity
Once enabled, there are several ways to invite your attendees:
Via a link or QR code : Copy the generated link or QR code and share it directly with your attendees.
With an access code : Give the access code to your participants so that they can join the Klaxoon activity.

By e-mail : Send the invitation by e-mail from the Klaxoon interface.
💡If your activity has already been launched and shared without this option, it is necessary to reset it to enable login without an account, as explained here
⚠️The Board activity cannot be reset, you will have to duplicate it.
As a participant
1 - Participant Connection
Participants will only have to click on the link, scan the QR code or enter the access code, then enter a nickname of their choice.
No account creation is necessary: they have immediate access to the activity.
