Whether it's a Board, a Session, a Memo... participants can join an activity by logging into their account, using a pseudonym or even masking their identity.

From the “Share” menu
Hide participants' identities
If you choose to hide participants' identities, their name and profile photo will not be visible during the activity or in the export. The profile displayed will be “Participant 730963”. To find out more, see this article: How do I launch an activity using a nickname?
💡 Participants can access the activity with the pseudonym of their choice without having to identify themselves
Ask participants for a nickname
If you enable access by pseudonym, participants will access the activity simply by entering the pseudonym of their choice.
Hide participants' identities and request a nickname
Participants' participation is anonymized, allowing them to enter a pseudonym.
Save and share
Confirm your selection by clicking on “Save and share”.
Save and share, a new modal opens in which you can :
add the people to be invited in the corresponding fields
add the activity to a Network
display the QR code
copy the link
