Overview
The Klaxoon home page helps you find new content, jump back into recent work, and reach key areas of your workspace faster. In this article, you’ll learn what each section does and how to use it.
Use the Header
The header stays visible at the top of every page, so you can navigate and access key tools at any time.
From the header, you can:
- Check current week number and date
- Customize the home page (choose which blocks show, and switch between grid and list view)
- Open your log to see recent interactions
- Open the profile menu to access your profile, settings, notes, statistics, or log out
Find New Publications
The New publications block helps you keep up with new activities shared in the Networks you’re a member of.
How it works:
- It shows activities published in the last 3 months, sorted by most recent
- Each thumbnail shows the Network, publication date, and publisher
- Click a thumbnail to open the activity article
- After you view an activity, it no longer appears in New publications
- To dismiss an activity without opening it, click the X on the thumbnail (it’ll still be available from Activities)
Use Favorites
Use Favorites to pin important activities (like a key Board or a recurring project file) so they’re always easy to open.
- Open bookmarked activities from the home page.
- Go to the Favorites page to search and filter by title, keyword, activity type, and status (New, In preparation, Shared, or Closed).
- Switch between grid and list view.
Use Pinned Networks
Use Pinned Networks to keep your go-to Networks within reach.
From Pinned networks, you can:
- Search by title or keyword
- Sort pinned Networks by title, author, or last update
- Switch between grid and list view
Use Recently Viewed
Recently viewed gives you one-click access to your latest activities.
From Recently viewed, you can:
- Open recent activities from the home page
- Sort by activity type
- Filter by status (In preparation, Shared, or Closed)
- Switch between grid and list view
Use the Navigation Bar
Use the left navigation bar to create content, search, and move around your workspace.
