As an administrator, you can act on your users in a variety of ways.

In this article, you will find out the difference between deactivating, removing a user's license or removing from the team.

1 - Go to the Administration

To access it, click on your avatar and then on "Administration". Then click on "Users".

Find all the users on your team.

Then access the editing menu ("3 little dots" menu at the end of the line)

2 - View Details

Access account details: profile, access, hosted activities, joined activities, Klaxs, activities.

3 - Edit the profile

Edit the first and last name or assign or withdraw a license.

4 - Add a label

Create and manage labels.

5- Withdraw the license

To remove a Pro license, click on "Remove license" and confirm the selection.

See the impacts:

• the user retains access to Klaxoon

• The user retains ownership of his activities but these will be closed

• The user is always part of the team

6 - Content Transfer

Transfer content from one account to another.

7 - Move the user

Move a user from one team to another.

8 - Deactivate the account

To deactivate an account, click "Deactivate."

A confirmation request will then appear.

See the impacts:

• the user will no longer be able to log in to their Klaxoon account

• All user activities will be terminated

• The account can be reactivated later, without action beyond 12 months The activities will be deleted
