Overview
When an administrator deactivates a user, the user’s account, email address, and activities are scheduled for permanent deletion within 12 months of the deactivation date.

Administrators can find deletion information in the confirmation window displayed when deactivating a user.
Email Notifications
The deactivated user receives email notifications before deletion:
- 30 days before
- 5 days before
- 24 hours before
