Learn how to reset a Session while maintaining the integrity of your activities, including the Board.

1 - Access the Session to reset
From your Klaxoon homepage, click on My activities.
Select the relevant Session .
2 - Reset Session
Click on the "3 little dots" menu at the end of the line.
Reset the Session : Manage the activity > Edit the activity > Reset (for more information +, see this article)
⚠️ This action will delete all participant responses in the activities, including Board items if it is not properly reintegrated (see next step).
3 - Add the Board to the Session again
Once the Session is reset, go to the Activities tab.

Click Add Activity, and then select Board.
Choose the initial Board
Validate to add it to the Session.
⚠️ If you do not re-add the Board, an empty activity will appear in the Session instead of the original Board.
Your Session is now reset and ready to use with a working Board.
