Overview
Host-controlled mode allows you to manage the pace of a Survey during a Session. You can control when participants can respond, ensuring better coordination and flow throughout the activity.
How to Add a Survey to a Session
- Create a session.
- Select Survey under the activities section 1.
- Click Add 2.
- Select the surveys you want to add 3.
- Click Duplicate and Add 4.
Note
- Ensure the Survey is fully created and configured before adding it.
- If the Survey has already been shared, consider resetting or duplicating it before use.
How to Enable Host Control
- Click the three-dot menu next to the survey under the activities section 1.
- Click Edit 2.
- Enable Question by question mode (Host control mode).
How to Share and Launch the Session
- Open your Session.
- Click Share 1.
- Share access with participants using:
- Access link
- QR code
- Wait for participants to join.
- Start the Survey from the Session.
