Overview
When reopening a Board in a Session, it is important to select the correct option to preserve participant contributions. Choosing the wrong option can permanently delete all ideas and data from the Board.
How to Access the Session
- Click the Activities section in the Klaxoon home page 1.
- Click the Session name to open it 2.
How to Reopen the Board
- In the Session, locate the list of activities and select the Board you want to reopen 1.
- Click reopen from the pop-up window 2.

Reopen
Opens the Board in its previous state with all ideas, comments, and likes preserved.
This is the recommended option in most cases. -
Reset
Deletes all ideas and contributions from the Board for the Session.
The Board returns to its original state and the data is permanently removed.
Note
Selecting Reset permanently deletes all participant contributions and cannot be undone.
