Overview
You can integrate activities into a Session to encourage participation and collaboration during meetings or workshops. Adding activities to a Session allows you to structure and manage the flow of your session effectively.
How to Create a Session
- Click the + New button on the homepage 1.
- Click the Session button to create a new Session 2.
How to Add Activities to a Session
It is recommended to create and configure activities before adding them to a Session.
- Create activities such as Board, Quiz, or Adventure outside the Session.
- Finalize each activity before adding it to ensure it is ready for use.
- Keep original versions in your Studio without participant input.
To add activities to your Session:
- Open your Session.

Click Add under the activities section 1.
- Select one or more activities 2.
- Click Duplicate and Add 3.
The selected activities appear in the Activities section of the Session.
How to Share and Launch the Session
- Click the Share button 1.
- Share access with participants using the available options 2.
The Session is ready to be launched.
Tip
Create and store activity templates in your Studio to reuse them in multiple Sessions without affecting the original content.
