TL;DR​

Open a completed session from Recently viewed, go to Report, and review messages, activity results, participation stats, and participant details. You can also export the report as a ZIP, PDF, or Klaxoon format to share or save.

Overview

Use the Session Report to review key data from a completed session. You can see messages, activity results, participation stats, and participant details, even after the session ends.

How to Access Session Data

Open a Completed Session

1. Log in to your Klaxoon account.
2. In Recently viewed, find the closed session you want to review.
3. Click the session name.

Open the Report

1. Click Open 1 to launch the closed session.
2. Click Report 2 in the left side of the session window.
3. Click open report 3.

Review the Session Data

In the report, you can review:

• Messages posted during the session
• Activity results, such as quizzes, polls, and challenges
• Participation stats, such as attendance, contributions, and time connected
• A participant list with activity details

Use this data to review engagement and results.

Export or Share the Report

1. Click Export 1 under the session settings.
2. Choose the file format you want to download 2:
   • ZIP
   • PDF
   • Klaxoon format
3. Share the file with teammates, or save it for your records.
