Overview
Use Session statistics to review participation and engagement in your Session. You can see who joined, how people interacted, and how activity changed over time.
Access Session Statistics
- Open the Session you want to review.

Click Statistics 1 under the caret next to the session title.
The statistics page opens automatically.
Understand Session Metrics
Here’s what you can see on the statistics page:
Engagement rate
The percentage of connected users who interacted at least once, such as by sending a message or joining an activity.
Participation rate
The percentage of invited participants who joined the activity.
Overall statistics
Depending on your Session, you may see:
- Contributions: ideas, likes, presentations, and questions.
- Interactions: messages, ideas, comments, and activity participation.

Score: the result from a Quiz or Adventure.
If your Session includes more than one Quiz or Adventure, the score shows the average across all of them. - Session duration: the total length of the Session.
Evolution over time
A graph that shows how the number of contributors and interactions changed from the start of the activity to the end.
Export Session Statistics
- On the statistics page, click Export in the upper-right corner.
- Select the format you want, such as ZIP, Klaxoon format or PDF report.
- Download the file to your computer.
