TL;DR
Review Session information in two ways: Session Data or the Report. Session Data is a full export for facilitators, available as a ZIP file with PDF, XLS, and CSV files for analysis or recordkeeping. The Report is a participant-facing summary that includes individual scores, the Board, and activity results.
Overview
You can review information from your Sessions in two ways: Session Data and the Report.
Each option serves a different purpose. Session data gives facilitators a full export of Session information, while the report gives participants a summary of their results.
Session Data
Session data is for facilitators.
It includes a ZIP file with Session information in these formats:
- XLS
- CSV
Use session data when you need a complete export for deeper analysis or recordkeeping.
Report
The report is for participants.
It includes:
- Individual scores
- The Board
- Activity results
Use the report when you want to review a participant’s results from a Session.
Key Difference
The main difference is who the information is for and how much detail it includes:
- Session data: A full export for facilitators
