Do you want to easily find all the exchanges, results and statistics of a Klaxoon Session? The Session Report allows you to access all the essential information, even after the animation has ended. Follow this step-by-step guide to view and use your Session report.
1 - Access the completed Session
Log in to your Klaxoon account.
From your dashboard, locate the Session whose minutes you want to view.
Click on the name of the Session to open it.
2 - Open the report
In the toolbar at the top of the screen, click on the Report icon (or "Report" depending on the version).
A new window will open with the minutes of the Session.
3 - Consult the available information
The report includes several types of information:
Messages exchanged : find all the messages posted during the Session.
Results of the activities : quizzes, polls, challenges, etc.
Participation statistics : attendance rate, number of contributions, connection time, etc.
List of participants : with details of their activity.
You can go through this information to analyze your team's engagement and results.
4 - Export or share the report
Click on the Export button to download the report (ZIP / PDF / Klaxoon file)
Share the document with your collaborators or keep it for your archives.
