TL;DR
On the New Board, you can add and organize content, move and zoom around the canvas, switch between Board/Column/List views, and manage ideas with contextual buttons (like, edit, categorize, AI, etc.) and the three‑dot menu (duplicate, lock, convert, delete). Use the Inbox to search and filter ideas by keyword, color, category, or likes.

Overview
After you create a board, you can use a range of options to organize and track your work. The sections below walk you through what you can do on the Board view.
How to Add Content

Use the three-dot button 1
Insert images, icons, shapes, connector, patterns, templates, zones, links, iFrame codes or activities. -
Work with ideas 2
Drag and drop an idea to move or resize it, and double-click an idea to edit it.
How the Toolbar Can Be Used

Move arrow 3
Use the move arrow to drag ideas anywhere on the board. -
Interaction options 4
Choose what you want to interact with:- Locked elements
- Drawings, images, and shapes
- Sticky notes and questions

Move around the board 5
Click the hand icon to move around the board without changing any elements. -
Undo or redo actions 6
Click the left arrow to undo your last action, or the right arrow to redo it. -
Use drawing tools 7
On laptop screens, the toolbar appears at the bottom. To open the drawing toolbar, click Drawing tools.
How the Display Options Can Be Used

Views 8
Switch between different ways to display your board:- Board: Place ideas freely on an infinite whiteboard.
- Column: See ideas grouped by category. Drag and drop ideas to change their category.
- List: View ideas in a table and sort them by color, category, dimension, and more.
- Mini-board 9
Use the mini-board thumbnail to quickly navigate and jump to different areas on large boards.

Zoom 10
Zoom in or out to focus on any part of the board. -

Enter full screen and adjust board zoom settings.

Contextual buttons 12
When you select an item, different icons appear based on its type:- Questions: Ask participants a question (see “ask a question in an idea”)
- Comment: Add a comment
- Heart: Like the idea
- Pencil: Edit the idea
- Palette: Change the idea’s color
- Label: Add/Assign a category
- Font Style: Change font style
- Eye: View the idea in a larger format (for drawings or images)
- AI features: Suggest, create, group and translate using artificial intelligence

Click the three-dot icon on an idea to:- Copy link: Copy a link to the idea
- Duplicate: Create a copy
- Lock: Prevent the idea from being moved
- Convert to text
- Convert to Wrike
- Convert to Jira
- Create a zone
- Size: Change the idea size
- Format
- Move forward / Move backward: Bring the idea to the front or send it to the back
- Send to Inbox
- Delete: Remove the idea

Open the inbox to see and filter ideas. You can search by using Cmd + F :- Keyword
