TL;DR:
Add ideas to a Klaxoon Board as sticky notes to share input with your team. Open a board, click the Sticky note icon (or use Draft), enter up to 500 characters, then send it. You can edit ideas from the toolbar or Draft panel, and drag and drop them anywhere on the board.

Overview
You can add ideas to a Board to share input with your team, organize discussions, and collaborate visually. This article walks you through how to open a Board, create an idea, and place it in the right spot.
How to Add an Idea to a Board

Open your Klaxoon Board in one of these ways:
- Click the shared board link from your team.
- Go to the Klaxoon home page and select the board from Recently viewed 1 and click Open.

Click + New 2, then select Board to create a new one.
- Click the Sticky note icon 3 on the toolbar at the bottom of the page.
- Select the type of color you want to add an idea, or click + to select the color of an idea 4.

Select a color for your idea, then drag on the board and enter your text.
OR
Use the Draft panel:a. Click Draft 5 to open the note panel.
b. In Sticky note, enter your idea text 6.
Note: Idea text is limited to 500 characters.c. Optional) Add a category 7.
d. Optional) Fill in the dimension fields 8.
e. Use the formatting options 9 to adjust the text style and choose the note color 10.
f. Click the Send icon 11 to add the idea to the board, or press Enter on your keyboard.
Your idea is added to the board, and you can edit it and move it to any place you want.
How to Edit and Move an Idea on a Board
Once your idea is on the board, you can edit it in two ways:
- Click the idea 1 to open the toolbar 2, then use the formatting options to edit it.

Click the pen icon 3 in the toolbar to open the Draft panel, then edit the idea as described above.
To move an idea on the board, click the idea, then drag and drop it where you want it.
