TL;DR
Board Sync allows you to guide participants by making their screens follow your movements (zooming, panning) in real-time.
- To Enable: Go to Board settings > Participants permissions and select Participants can choose whether or not to follow.
- To Disable: Go to participant settings and toggle off Views.

Overview
Board Sync lets you focus everyone on the same area of the Board in real time. When you turn on sync or start presenting your Board, all participants see the same screen and follow your movements. If you don’t want participants to use sync, you can change their permissions in the participant settings.
Activate Synchronization
Open your Board.
On the left side of your screen, under Board settings, click Participants permissions 1.
When you start a presentation, select Participants can choose whether or not to follow 2.
When a participant chooses to follow your view, sync turns on and they start following your movements on the Board.
💡 When you’re speaking, use Board sync to guide others through your ideas. You can move around the Board, zoom in, and open media remotely while everyone follows along.
Turn Off Synchronization
In the participant settings, turn off Views by disabling the toggle. Sync turns off, and participants no longer follow your movements.
