Overview

Participants can join a Board meeting to collaborate, submit ideas, and interact with content in real time. Available actions and interface options depend on the permissions granted by the facilitator.

Once connected to a Board, participants can switch between the idea submission interface and the Board view to review and organize ideas.

Send a Sticky Note

The Sticky note submission interface allows participants to create and submit ideas in multiple formats.

• Sticky note input field 1
  Enter text, draw content, or add an image.
• Text 2
  Enables sticky notes to be entered in text format.
• Drawing 3
  Enables the drawing tool.
• Image 4
  Upload an image from the local device.
• Category 5
  Assign a category to the sticky note, if enabled by the facilitator.
• Dimensions 6
  Assign up to three dimensions, if enabled by the facilitator.
• Send 7
  Submits the sticky note to the Board and shares it with the facilitator and other participants.
• Remaining characters 8
  Displays the number of characters remaining (maximum of 500 characters per sticky note).
• Sticky note color 9
  Select an existing color for the sticky note.
• Add color 10
  Add a new color to the palette.
• Font Style 11
  Select the desired font to add to the sticky note.
• Text alignment 12
  Align text as needed in the sticky note.
• Format 13
  Format text in the stick note as needed.
• Delete sticky note 14
  Delete the current sticky note.
  

View the Board

The Board view displays all submitted ideas and collaboration tools.

• Board
    Displays ideas organized and annotated by the facilitator, and by participants if permissions allow.
• Sticky notes
  Sticky notes can be moved using drag and drop, if enabled by the facilitator.
• Follow-me / Live
  • Keeps the Board view synchronized with the facilitator.
  • Allows launching Live audio or video sessions (5, 15, or 30 minutes, renewable or unlimited).
  • Supports video conferencing tools and screen sharing.
• Mini-Board
  Displays a thumbnail view of the Board for quick navigation.
• Interaction settings
  • Move arrow: Enables the navigation cursor.
  • Selection arrow: Enables selection of multiple items (sticky notes, images, shapes).
  • Navigate the Board: Enables panning without moving items.
• Display options
  • Zoom in on a selected item
  • Zoom in or out globally
  • Show or hide the color legend
  • Show or hide Board thumbnails
  • Show objectives or instructions
  • Show or hide the background image
  • Show or hide the grid
  • Enable grid magnetism for easier alignment
• Views
  Change how ideas are displayed:
  • Board: Ideas are placed freely on an infinite whiteboard.
  • Column: Ideas are grouped by category and can be rearranged using drag and drop.
  • List: Ideas are displayed in a table and can be sorted by criteria such as color, category, or dimensions.
