TL;DR:
Reopening a closed Klaxoon Board restores editing and participation access for all users who previously had access. Authors and co-authors can locate closed Boards from the Activities list or filters and reopen them to resume collaboration

Overview
A closed Board becomes read-only and cannot receive new ideas or modifications. However, the author or a co-author can reopen it at any time to restore editing and participation access.
How to Reopen a Board
- Click Activities on the home page 1.

Use the search bar to locate the Board 2.
or
Apply the Closed 3 filter from the Filters 4 button to display only closed Boards. - Click the three dot menu on the board you want to Reopen 5.
- Click Manage activity 6.

Select Reopen from the list that appears 7.

Confirm the action by clicking Reopen 8.
The Board is reactivated and becomes editable again for you and all participants who previously had access.Note: Only the author or co-author can reopen a closed Board.
