October's new features from Klaxoon introduce the quick creation of diagrams and ready-to-use blocks to seamlessly design your charts and processes on Board. You can also customize the appearance of your Adventures and Missions to match your company's visual identity.

Another new feature: facilitators can now control the pace of autonomous activities, such as Quizzes, Polls, and Adventures. They can, in particular, decide when to move on to the next question, without needing to launch a full Session. • Klaxoon Board: Fast Diagramming & Diagram Blocks

Building diagrams on your Board just got significantly faster and more intuitive! You can now start from a single object or block and seamlessly grow a process map, flowchart, or mind map without returning to the toolbar at every step, keeping you completely in your creative flow.

What's new?

- Arrow-anchor quick creation: Use the new selection box with directional arrow anchors to automatically connect and spawn your next shape or sticky note, complete with ghost previews and smart collision avoidance.

- Intuitive canvas creation: Drag a connector onto an empty canvas to leave a free-ended line, or pick from a pop-up modal to instantly drop and connect a new object at that exact spot.

- Streamlined keyboard shortcuts: Quickly generate connected objects using keyboard shortcuts and type immediately to add text.

- Pre-built diagram blocks: Access ready-to-use flowchart, org chart, mind map, and other starter blocks directly in the Block library and the Shapes panel.

- Enhanced shape visibility: Flowchart shapes now feature a solid fill by default, making them easier to grab, select, and reposition across your board.

Take direct control of your interactive activities without the need to set up a full Klaxoon Session! Facilitators can now run standalone Surveys, Quizzes, and Adventures in Host-Control mode, seamlessly guiding participants through activities step-by-step at their own pace.

• Host-paced navigation: Control when participants advance through questions or steps in standalone Quizzes, Surveys, and Adventures.
• Simplified activity setup: Launch live, host-led activities directly from standalone mode without needing to embed them within a Klaxoon Session.

• Klaxoon & Wrike Integration: Connect Whiteboards to Project Workflows with AI

Seamlessly bridge your project management and visual collaboration! With our updated integration capabilities via Model Context Protocol (MCP), your AI assistants (such as Claude and ChatGPT) can now link Klaxoon Whiteboards directly with Wrike tasks and projects.

Note: To enable this cross-tool workflow, make sure you have both the Klaxoon and Wrike MCP servers connected to your AI assistant.

• Extract Whiteboard IDs: AI agents can retrieve unique Whiteboard IDs attached to Wrike tasks to immediately interact with specific board contents.
