Would you like to engage in an activity with your colleagues while ensuring their responses remain anonymous? Now you can, with the new anonymous activity sharing mode! As a presenter, you can now share your activity in complete confidentiality, preserving the identity of your participants.
In the course of your business, have you ever needed to poll your employees on a sensitive subject but weren't sure how to guarantee everyone's anonymity? Thanks to the new "Hide participants' identities" mode, you can ensure honest and confidential responses, simply, quickly and securely.
To activate this setting, when sharing your activity, tick the "hide participant identity" option. A tooltip will appear explaining the setting. When connecting to the activity, a pop-up will appear to warn the participant that the activity will be in anonymous mode.
As soon as the "hide identity" mode is activated, the avatar becomes dark grey and the identity is hidden in the activity and in exports.
💡 Please note: The participant sees in the top right-hand corner that his avatar is partially covered by the "dark gray" avatar with an informative tooltip on hovering over it.
You can also connect your participants in anonymous + nickname mode, which allows them to choose their own nickname while remaining anonymous. The nickname will be displayed instead of "Participant XXX".
At the end of the activity, participants will be able to rate the activity or leave a comment, but their identity will remain anonymous.
This feature is now also available for your Questions. You can now send questions anonymously to any participant. Take advantage of this option to ask all your questions without any fear, and encourage freer and more constructive collaboration.
To activate this option, when you create your Question, click on the button at the bottom of the "Option" pop-up to tick "Hide participants' identities"!
With this new feature, we offer you a solution that meets your need to guarantee the anonymity of your users. It also allows you to keep track of the user's connection to their Klaxoon account, so that you can edit their responses and keep a history of their responses to the activity.
