If you want to share an activity with your colleagues while guaranteeing the anonymity of their answers, find out how in this article.

This feature is available to all Klaxoon PRO users.

1 - Activating anonymous mode

As a presenter, from your Board, go to the sharing options (top right).

Then tick "Hide participants' identities".

You can now invite participants to join the activity.

To find out about the different ways of joining an activity, see this article: Join an activity

2 - Anonymous mode activated

As a participant, before joining the activity whose identity is masked, you will receive a message informing you of the conditions.

They will also see in the top right-hand corner that their avatar is partially covered by the "dark grey" avatar with an informative tooltip when they hover over it.

The identity of participants is not visible either to the participants themselves or to the moderator.

3 - Anonymous mode and pseudonym access

You also have the option of connecting your participants anonymously and under a pseudonym. This allows them to choose their own pseudonym while remaining anonymous. The pseudonym will be displayed instead of "Participant XXX".

The following message will appear when participants log in.

If you would like to find out more about the sharing mode, see this article: How can I change the way I share my activity?
