You must agree to our terms to use AI features. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which we have updated to describe how Klaxoon handles personal data.

The Klaxoon licensing administrator must first enable the AI features in the Console so that all users in your organization can use these new features. Learn more about the terms of use of AI in Klaxoon.

Klaxoon uses Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service for its AI capabilities.

Klaxoon and the Azure OpenAI service do not use any of your data entered or generated for any purpose other than strictly yours in your Boards.

Input and output data generated by AI:

The processed data is sent to an AI model hosted in Europe by Microsoft Azure OpenAI.

AI features are only available for Board from the context menu of a selection of objects containing text.

The "Create Summary" AI feature is available for a selection of all types of objects containing text.

The AI will take into account all the texts entered in the ideas, text objects, shapes, connectors, icons, images, areas with titles and the objectives of the Selection Board to propose an abstract, i.e. a short text of about 200 words maximum and which includes the essential points of the text content of the selection.

This text is accompanied by a word cloud made from 15 words generated by the AI according to the themes mainly present in the selection of texts sent to the AI.

The final AI-generated object is a "card" format made up of editable Board objects, all grouped together to be easily moved around the Board.

The date, time and name of the person requesting the AI analysis are written in the header of the record.

The "Create an action plan" AI feature is available for a selection of all types of Board objects containing text.

The AI will take into account all the texts entered in the ideas, text objects, shapes, connectors, icons, images, areas with titles and the objectives of the selection board to propose point by point and in a maximum of 200 words, an action plan relating to the texts analyzed.
The final object generated by the AI is a "card" format as well as a "duplicate" in the Board idea format to be able to quickly exploit these actions directly in Board.
The result is editable Board objects, all grouped together to be easily moved around the Board.
The date, time and name of the person requesting the AI analysis are written in the header of the record.

The "Group by theme" AI feature is only available for a selection of board ideas containing text.

The AI will take into account the texts of the ideas in the selection to propose groupings by theme deduced from the Board ideas analyzed by the AI.
The final object generated by the AI is a "sheet" format containing in a text object the content of the ideas grouped by theme, as well as the same grouping of the target Board ideas to be able to quickly exploit them in Board.
Note that the grouped ideas are indeed those that existed on the Board and therefore retain the characteristics of color, category, like, author and date of creation. Only the size and format are changed to x1 size and "square" format.
The result is editable Board objects, all grouped together to be easily moved around the Board.
The date, time and name of the person requesting the AI analysis are written in the header of the record.

4 - Traduction

The AI translates the text directly within the idea, making it accessible to all Board participants.

If you want to choose a different language, click on the "Other" button. You then have access to a list of 135 additional languages with an input field to filter faster. The last language you used in the "Other" list will be saved as a favorite and will therefore appear above all other languages.

You can also translate groups of ideas. Simply select everything you want to translate and follow the same steps outlined earlier. Once the translation is complete, confirmation or cancel buttons will appear below the selection.

To date, only the Board activity offers AI analysis and content generation capabilities.

The AI service used is able to analyze text in many languages with good performance.
The AI-generated results as well as the file templates are in the language determined by the user in Klaxoon, i.e. either French, English or German.

For the "Create an abstract" feature, the maximum number limit allows you to send approximately 2000 words for analysis to the AI. When the limit is reached, a notification is displayed at the top right of the screen and the AI generation is stopped, no content is created on the Board.
