Overview
You can use AI in Klaxoon to turn your Board content into a structured Wrike project in just a few clicks. AI analyzes your Board, suggests sections and tasks, and then creates matching items in Wrike so you can move from brainstorming to execution quickly.
Note:
Before using this feature, ensure that:
- AI must be enabled for your organization (check with your administrator).

You must have a Wrike account and have connected Klaxoon to Wrike via the dedicated integration.
How to Convert a Klaxoon Board to a Wrike Project
How to Access AI Conversion
- Open the Board.
- Select the Board items you want to convert 1.

Click AI features 2.

Click Suggest Wrike structure on the pop-up that appears 3.
How to Preview and Confirm the Generated Project
After selection, AI generates a project preview based on the Board content, automatically identifying tasks and sections. The project structure can be reviewed and adjusted before the project is created.
- Review the project preview, you can modify the preview by:
- Editing space, project, folder and item types 1.
- Adding or removing elements using the checkboxes 2.

The project is automatically created in Wrike.
