The AI assistant is an advanced feature that helps you structure your ideas, generate content, and save time during your collaborative workshops.
Important : The AI assistant is only available if the AI has been activated in the console by your Klaxoon administrator.
How to use the AI assistant?
1 - Access to the AI assistant
Open Board and click on the AI assistant icon located in the top right.
The AI assistant then appears.
2 - Specify your request
Two scenarios are proposed:

Select an option from the 4 proposals. The AI automatically creates a structured Board with relevant sections and ideas.

Write your application: ask a question, ask for a summary, or ask for help structuring your ideas. The AI organizes your Board into relevant sections and adds suggestions for ideas.

Good to know
The AI assistant respects the confidentiality of your data and only uses the information present in your Board.
If you don't see the AI option, check with your administrator to make sure the feature is enabled for your account.
