As an administrator of the Klaxoon console, you can revoke a Pro license assigned to a user, thus reducing them to Free status. This is separate from deactivating an account, which makes the account inaccessible.

Summary

1 - Access the Administration

2 - Manage users

3 - Modify the user's rights

4 - Withdraw the Pro license

In the left menu, click on "Users" to view the full list of your team members.

3 - Modify the user's rights

4 - Withdraw the Pro license

In the editing window, uncheck the "Assign Pro license" option.

Save changes : Confirm by clicking on "Save".

Consequences of this action

  • The user retains access to his Klaxoon account with the Free status

  • It remains the owner of its activities, but these will be closed

  • The user remains a member of the team

Impacts of a deactivated account

  • The person will no longer be able to log in to their Klaxoon account

  • The account will be archived but can be reactivated later

  • All of that person's activities will be closed

  • Without reactivation, the account and its activities will be deleted after 12 months

⚠️It's crucial to differentiate this action from deactivating an account. Deactivating an account prevents the user from logging in, terminates all their activities, and if not reactivated within 12 months, results in the deletion of their activities.
