5 - Impacts
Consequences of this action
The user retains access to his Klaxoon account with the Free status
It remains the owner of its activities, but these will be closed
The user remains a member of the team
Impacts of a deactivated account
The person will no longer be able to log in to their Klaxoon account
The account will be archived but can be reactivated later
All of that person's activities will be closed
Without reactivation, the account and its activities will be deleted after 12 months
⚠️It's crucial to differentiate this action from deactivating an account. Deactivating an account prevents the user from logging in, terminates all their activities, and if not reactivated within 12 months, results in the deletion of their activities.
