TL;DR
Approve license requests from the Administration console: click your avatar → Administration → License requests tab, then click the tick button next to a request. Approved users get a license automatically and appear in the Pro tab. Requests expire after 4 months (users are notified a week before).
Overview
You can review and approve license requests from the administration console. Approved users receive a license and appear in the Pro tab.
Note
You must be an admin to access the administration console.
How to Approve a License Request
- Click your avatar 1, and select Administration 2.
- Open the License requests 3 tab.
- A pink dot 4 on the License requests icon indicates that you have new requests.
- Locate the request you'd like to approve, then click the tick button 4 next to it.
The user receives a license automatically and appears in the Pro tab.
License Request Expiration
License requests expire after four months. Expired requests are removed so that you only see current requests.
Users receive an email one week before their request expires. If they renew their request or submit a new one during this period, Klaxoon updates the request and returns it to the list.
