Overview

Administrators can assign available Pro licenses to team members. The license activates automatically after assignment.

How to Assign a License

1. Click your avatar in the upper-right corner 1.

   

2. Select Administration 2.
3. Open the Users 3 section.
4. Find the team member you want to license.

5. Click the three-dot 4 menu at the end of their row.

   

6. Select Upgrade to Pro 5.

The user’s license updates automatically.

Check the Assignment Date

Click the user’s name to open their account details. The license assignment date appears as Pro since [date].
