Session evolves to allow better integration of remote participants when playing videos uploaded by the host.
Previously, videos hosted in the Klaxoon storage space and added to a Session presentation could only be played by the host. This suited in person wokrshops, where the host launched the video on a screen in the meeting room, which all participants could watch.
With the increase in remote work, participants need to be able to launch the video on their own. Therefore, it is now possible for participants to play videos hosted on Klaxoon in Session independently, as this was already the case for videos hosted on third-party services such as Youtube or Vimeo.
Note: Playback is not synchronized between host and participants, so everyone can watch the video at their own pace.
This feature has been available to all Klaxoon users since August 17, 2023.
