Enabling automatic approval of license requests speeds up the deployment of licenses within teams, especially in large organizations.
Licenses are immediately allocated to users who have requested them, without the need for manual intervention by the administrator.
How do I activate it?
Access your team administration interface. Click on your avatar (top right) then on “Administration”.
In the left-hand column, click on “Settings”, then on “License request management” and finally on “Modify settings”.
In the “Request processing” section, select the “Automatic validation” mode and validate your selection by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
💡 By default, license request approval is in manual mode. The administrator must manually activate automatic approval if desired.
Licenses are allocated subject to availability. If stock is depleted, requests will be put on hold as usual.
