As a team supervisor, you can manage license requests.

To access them, click on your avatar and then on “Administration”.

Find all requests in the “License request” tab.

💡 A small pink dot appears on the “License requests” icon, indicating that new license requests are pending

Simply click on the icon to activate the license.

The user will automatically be granted a license and will then be visible from the “Pro” tab.

To simplify validation by administrators, license requests expire after 4 months. Requests that have become obsolete are removed, so that only relevant requests are presented.

An e-mail notification is sent to the user a week before the request expires, inviting him to renew it.

If the user renews his request or makes a new request on Klaxoon during this period, his request is automatically updated and reinstated in the list of recent requests.
