Overview

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it or use a single-use code to access your account.

How to Reset Your Password

Method 1

You can reset your password from your account settings.

1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner 1.

   

2. Select Settings 2 from the drop-down menu.

3. Click Account 3.

   

4. Click Reset my password 4.

5. Open the password reset email from Klaxoon 5.

   

6. Click Reset your password 6.

   

7. Enter your new password 7.

   

8. Click Reset 8.

You can now sign in with your new password.

Method 2

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Click Forgot password? 1 on the login page.

   

2. Enter your work email address on the Reset my password 2 page.

   

3. Click Reset 3.

You'll immediately receive an email - just follow the link and enter a new password.

How to Use a Single-Use Code

1. Enter your work or single sign-on (SSO) email address, and click Continue 1.

   

2. The system allows you to choose a passwordless login method Login with a single-use code 2.

   

3. The system will display the Log in without a password 3 screen, and dispatch a single-use code 4 to your email address.

   

4. Enter the code 5 on the sign-in page to complete the login process automatically.
