1 - Access the menu of a Zone
Whether you're in thumbnail or list mode, a single click is all it takes to open up a range of possibilities for each Zone.
Locate the Zone you want to act on and right-click directly on the thumbnail or the name of the Zone in the list.
2 - Available options
A context menu will then open, offering you the following actions:
Duplicate: Instantly create a copy of your Zone.
Delete: Clear the Selected Area. Be careful, this action is irreversible!
Set as a starting point: Indicate this Zone as the starting point of your Board.
Hide Area / Show Area: Control the visibility of the Zone (the option displayed depends on the current state of the Zone).
Start a slideshow: Start a full-screen presentation of your Zones, starting with the selected one.
Create a new zone: Quickly add a new Zone to your Board.
3 - Additional tip: act on all the Zones
Want to manage the global display of your Zones?
Right-click anywhere in the empty space in the Zone list (not on a specific Zone).

A simplified menu appears, allowing you to:
Start a slideshow: Start the slideshow of all your Zones.
Create a new zone: Add a new Zone to your Board.
Hide all areas: Make all your Zones invisible with a single click.
Reveal all areas: Show all previously hidden Zones.
💡Good to know:
On MeetingBoard and desktop touchscreen, this feature can be accessed via a long-click or double-tap.
This feature is not available on iOS and Android devices at this time.
