Yes, it is possible to reopen a Board that has been closed. When a Board is closed, it becomes read-only and can no longer be modified or fed with new ideas or contributions. However, the Board's author or co-author can reopen it at any time to allow new interactions.
How do I reopen a Board?
If you are the author or co-author of the Board, follow these steps to reopen it:
Access your Klaxoon space
Log in to your Klaxoon account.
From the home page, click on My activities
Find your closed Board
Use the search bar or apply the Closed filter to display closed Boards.
Select the Board you wish to reopen.
Reopen the Board
Once on the Board page, click on the Reopen button at the top of the interface.
Confirm the action.
Your Board is now reactivated and accessible in edit mode to you and the participants who had access to it before it was closed.
