Every action you perform on Klaxoon is almost instantly recorded.
You write an idea on a post-it note.
You move an image.

Each of these changes is sent and saved in real time on Klaxoon's secure servers (this is called "the Cloud"). This is not a recording on your computer, but in your Klaxoon online space.
This operation offers three major advantages:
Zero risk of loss: If your computer suddenly shuts down, your browser crashes, or you lose your internet connection for a few moments, your work is safe. The latest version is already saved with us.
A truly direct collaboration: It's what allows your colleagues to see your ideas appear on their screen the second you write them down. Without continuous backup, real-time collaborative work would be impossible.
Access from anywhere: You can start a workshop on your office computer, continue it on your tablet on the go, and finish it on your personal computer. Your work is tied to your account, not to a specific device.
Questions
What happens if I close my tab or browser by mistake? No problem. Your work is already saved. All you have to do is reopen your Klaxoon activity and you will find your Board exactly as you left it.
Can I go back to a previous version of my Board? Automatic Backup always saves the most recent version of your work. It is not a version history system that allows you to "go back in time". Our advice: If you want to keep a "photograph" of your work at a given time (for example, before a cleaning session), we recommend that you duplicate your Board. This will keep an intact copy as an archive.
Do I need to do anything before I leave a Board? Absolutely nothing. You can close the tab with confidence. There is no "backup before exiting" procedure to perform.
