When you receive an email invitation to a Klaxoon activity, you can join the activity in a few simple steps. This article explains how to access a Klaxoon activity from an email invitation, whether or not you have a Klaxoon account.
How to Open an Invitation Received by E-mail
- Check your inbox and open the email with the Klaxoon invitation.
- Click Participate or the link in the email to open the activity.
How to Join the Activity
If you don't have a Klaxoon account
You have two options:
- Create a free account: Enter your email address.
Use a pseudonym: If the organizer allows it, you can access the activity directly without creating an account.
If you already have a Klaxoon account
Enter your credentials (email address and password).
You are automatically redirected to the activity.
💡If you can't remember your password, click Use a temporary code. A code is sent to your email, simply copy and paste it into the Klaxoon window to access the activity.
