1 – Participant Settings
Open the options and click on "Participant Settings".
Create, edit & move
By default the Free mode is activated, participants are free and can interact with locked elements, drawings, images, shapes or ideas of others.
The Controlled mode allows only the animator to control the placement of ideas.

2 - "Share" button
The sharing mode is divided into two parts.
First, you can name the Board and define the level of access to the activity.The default sharing mode is “open for your team”: all members of your team or organization will be able to access the activity directly via a link or code, ensuring smooth collaboration from launch.
If you activate nickname access, a message will appear indicating that participants will need to identify themselves to join the activity.
The "Open" sharing mode simplifies access for non-connected participants.
Register and share to invite participants by name, e-mail or Network.
Share the activity in a Network.
3 - Sharing link
As an animator, when you share an activity, the link will look like this: https://go.klaxoon.com/join/xxxx
This link will automatically redirect the user to the right universe (App, Europa or Enterprise).
Display the QR code or copy the sharing link by clicking on the “copy link” button.
