Do you want to analyze the participation and engagement of your participants during a Klaxoon Session? Insights give you a bird's-eye view of interactions and a better understanding of each person's engagement. Find out step-by-step how to access and interpret your Session statistics.
1 - Access the statistics of the Session
Open the Session whose statistics you want to view.
Click the Statistics icon located in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
The statistics page is automatically displayed.
2 - Understand the available indicators
Engagement rate:
Details of contributions to the activity (ideas, likes, presentations and questions).
This is the percentage of connected users who have interacted at least once (for example by sending a message or taking part in an activity).
Participation rate
The ratio of the number of participants who have joined the activity to the number of participants invited.
Overall statistics
Number of honks: Horns refer to all forms of interaction between participants, including messages, ideas, comments, participation in an activity, etc.

The score : This is the score obtained in a Quiz and/or Adventure.
If several Quizzes and/or Adventures have been launched during the Session, the average of all of them will appear.
Session duration
Evolution over time
A graph showing the number of contributors and Klaxs at all stages in the life of the activity.

3 - Export statistics
You can export the statistics to share or analyze them in more detail:
Click the Export button at the top right of the statistics page.
Choose the desired export format (CSV, Excel, etc.).
The file is downloaded to your computer.
