TL;DR:
Create a Klaxoon template to share an activity format your team can reuse. Open Activities, select the activity, click the three-dot menu, choose Manage activity, and click Duplicate as template. Then add an image, video, or description, and click Save.
Overview
Use templates to share a Klaxoon activity format with your team. Once you create a template, other people can use it as a starting point for their own work.
How to Create a Template
- Navigate to the Activities tab 1 in the sidebar to open the studio.
- Find the activity you want to turn into a template.
- Click the three-dot menu 2 at the end of the activity row.
- Select Manage activity 3.
- Click Duplicate as template 4.
The template editor opens.
How to Customize the Template
- Add an image 1
- In the template editor, click the option to Add an image.
- Select an image from the file picker.
- Add a video 2
You can add a video in one of these ways:
- Paste a link from YouTube, Dailymotion, or Vimeo.
- If you use Klaxoon Box for broadcasting, click Browse to upload an MP4 file from your device.
Note
Uploading an MP4 file is only available for broadcasting with Klaxoon Box (presenting a live workspace or board to an audience in Presenter mode for real-time collaboration and facilitation).

Add a short description to help your team understand when and how to use the template.
- Click Save 4 to publish the template.
