Overview
Templates let you share a Klaxoon activity setup with your team so others can use it as a starting point. You can turn an existing activity, like a Board, Quiz, or Survey, into a template and publish it to a Network.
You might use templates to share best practices, standardize team workflows, or reuse common activity formats.
How to Create and Share a template
- Select an existing activity that you want to turn into a template or open the activity’s settings menu.
- Convert the activity into a template.
- When publishing, choose the Network where you want to share it.
- Publish the template.
Once you publish it, all members of that Network can access and use the template.
