You can transfer ownership of a template to a colleague in Klaxoon.

The new owner must have a PRO account and be part of your Enterprise Console.
How to Transfer Ownership of a Template
- Open the Klaxoon homepage.
- Click Activities 1 in the left-side navigation.
- Find the template you want to transfer.
Tip
Use the search bar filters to filter by activity or show only templates.
- Click the three-dot menu 2 to the right of the template title.
- Hover over Manage the template 3.
- Click Transfer Ownership 4.
Alternatively, click the caret icon next to the activity title, then select Settings > Transfer ownership.
- Enter the new owner’s name or email address 5.
- Select the person from the list.
- Click Confirm 6.
