Overview
Smart Groups let you organize ideas on your board by grouping them into categories or dimensions. You can also sort ideas by color, date, or number of likes without needing to switch to Column view. Use Smart Groups to quickly structure and prioritize your board content based on the criteria that matter most to your team.
Important
Enabling Smart Groups separates ideas from their existing links and comments so the Board can be organized by category or extra-fields. This cannot be undone - turning Smart Groups back off does not restore the original links and will be definitively lost. If your Board has ideas connected by many links, consider whether you'll need those connections again before enabling Smart Groups. To reconnect ideas afterward, you'll need to recreate each link manually.
How to Access and Edit Smart Groups
- Click the caret icon next to the board name 1.
- Click Board settings from the list 2.
