Overview

Smart Groups let you organize ideas on your board by grouping them into categories or dimensions. You can also sort ideas by color, date, or number of likes without needing to switch to Column view. Use Smart Groups to quickly structure and prioritize your board content based on the criteria that matter most to your team.

How to Access and Edit Smart Groups

1. Click the caret icon next to the board name 1.
2. Click Board settings from the list 2.
3. Select Smart Groups 3.
4. From the pop-up that appears, create your ideas into categories and/or dimensions 4.

5. Click Save 5.

   

How to Update Smart Groups

1. Click the caret icon next to the board name 1.
2. Click Board settings from the list 2.
3. Select Smart Groups 3.
4. Click Configure 4.
   

5.  From the pop-up that appears, update your ideas into categories and/or dimensions.

6. Click Save 5.
