Managing access requests for locked Activities is now simpler, thanks to the following features:

1 - Instant notifications for greater responsiveness

To ensure faster, more efficient management of access requests, we have introduced instant notifications.
From now on, as soon as a user submits a request for access to an activity, the activity's host and co-hosts will immediately receive a notification via pop-up in the Activity.
This notification enables them to accept or decline the request with a single click without having to leave the current page.

2 - Simplified request management

Each request can be unique, which is why we've made it easier to manage access requests on an individual basis.
From the notification they receive, hosts and co-hosts can open a dedicated window displaying all pending requests.
This gives them the option of accepting or refusing each request individually, offering total personalization in the management process.

3 - Frequent reminders of pending requests

To avoid missing an important access request, we've added a reminder.
When you open an Activity and there are pending requests, a notification is automatically displayed to inform you of their presence.
You won't miss any more important requests, and you'll be able to manage them immediately.

4 - Quick access from the participant list

We've also simplified access to the request management window by integrating a direct link from the participant list.
When requests are pending, you can access them with a single click, enabling you to quickly manage access authorizations during your meetings or live events.

5 - Asynchronous request management by email

To further improve the efficiency of request management, we have also implemented an asynchronous email management workflow.
After 10 minutes, if requests for access to activities have not been accepted or refused, an e-mail will be sent to the activity leader.
This feature avoids unnecessary notifications and enables a streamlined management of requests.

This feature has been available to all Klaxoon users since October 2nd, 2023.
