TL;DR
Team admins can promote another member to co-admin in Klaxoon. Go to Profile picture → Administration → Users, open the member’s three-dot menu, and select Upgrade to admin. This grants them team management permissions.

Overview

You can give another team member administrator access to help manage your team.

Prerequisite: You must be a team administrator.

How to Add a Co-Admin

1. Log in to your Klaxoon account.

2. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner 1.

   

3. Select Administration  2.
4. Click Users  3 to open the list of team members.

5. Find the team member you want to make an administrator 4.

   

6. Click the three-dot 5 menu at the end of their row.
7. Select Upgrade to admin 6.

The team member’s Role changes from User to Admin.
