TL;DR

Import multiple users via Administration > Users > Add users > Multiple users. Upload a properly formatted CSV file, optionally assign Pro licenses, review, and confirm. Each user will receive an email invitation to join and activate their account.

Overview

Import multiple users at once with a comma-separated values (CSV) file. After the import, each user receives an email invitation to join your team and activate their account.

How to Import Users

1. Click your avatar 1, then select Administration 2.

   

2. Select Users 3 from the left menu.

   

3. Click Add users 4, then select Multiple users 5.

4. Click Select 6 or drag and drop your file in the import window 7.

   

5. Select your file 8 and click Open 9.

   

6. Review your selection, then confirm the Import 10.

   

Each user receives an email invitation to join your Klaxoon console and activate their account.
