1 - Limit of participants with a Starter account

If you have purchased your Klaxoon account directly on our website (E-shop account), each Activity (Board, etc.) can accommodate up to 20 participants maximum.
This limit applies to every activity created with that account type.

2 - Limit of participants with an Enterprise account

As of March 18, 2024, the limit of concurrent participants on a Board has been significantly increased for Enterprise accounts:

• Up to 1000 participants can connect at the same time (synchronous connection) on the same board.

• If this threshold is reached, additional participants will see a message inviting them to sign in later.

• For asynchronous connections (participants connecting at different times), the number of participants is unlimited.

3 - Special case: the Sessions

The participant limit does not apply in the same way to Sessions.
​Sessions are limited to a maximum of 300 participants for Enterprise offers.
