TL;DR
Open a presentation from your Session, then use the controls to navigate slides, sync participants to your current slide, launch activities or links, and share slides. You can also switch presentations, minimize to resume later from the same slide, or close to return and restart from the beginning.

Overview
You can launch a presentation from a Session or from your dashboard. Once it’s open, you can move between slides, keep participants in sync, launch activities, and share slides with your audience.
Start a Presentation
- Open your Session.
- If the Session contains more than one Presentation, click the thumbnail of the presentation you want to open.
Use Presentation Controls
When the presentation opens, you’ll see a set of controls that help you manage it.
Browse Slides

Use the table of contents to jump to any slide.

Click a slide thumbnail to open it.
Keep Participants in Sync

Click Synchronize this presentation to show the same slide on participants’ devices.
- Click it again to turn sync off.
Note
When sync is on, participants follow your presentation live.
Move Through Slides
- Click the Previous slide to go back.
- Click Next slide to move forward.

Use the page number to track your progress.
Launch Activities and Interact With Participants
You can launch activities directly from your presentation to keep your audience engaged.
- Click the activity box to open the Activity, Live Question, or URL link you added.
- Drag and drop the activity box if you want to move it.
If your slide includes text, make sure it’s visible and easy to read while you present.
Share or Exit a Presentation
Use these options while you present:
- Share the slide: Add the current slide to the stream so participants can view it later.
- Launch a presentation: Open another presentation without going back to the animation menu.
- Minimize this presentation: Return to the Session Board. When you reopen the presentation, it starts from the last slide you viewed.

Close: Return to the Session Board. When you reopen the presentation, it starts from the first slide.
