You will be able to easily transfer the ownership of a Template to one of your colleagues, we explain how to:

1 - From the homepage of your Klaxoon account.

Click on "Activities" on the left, in the navigation bar:

2 - Search for your Activity

When you have found your Template, click on the 3 dots to the right of its title, then move your mouse cursor to "Manage the Template".

Finally, click on "Transfer Ownership"

3 - Select the new owner of the Template

Fill in their email or enter their name.

If you have already interacted with him/her on Klaxoon, you will find him/her easily.

Finally, click on "Confirm"

NB: As indicated below, the recipient of the transfer must have a "PRO" account and be part of your "Enterprise Console"
