Overview
After participants complete a Klaxoon Memo, Klaxoon automatically asks them to rate their experience. This feedback helps Klaxoon improve the platform, but you can also use your own survey to collect feedback.
How Automatic Rating Requests Work
Currently, it is not possible to disable the automatic rating request at the end of a Memo. Klaxoon uses this feature to collect consistent feedback across activities and improve the Klaxoon experience.
What Can You Do?
1. Participants Can Skip the Rating
- Participants have the option to skip the automatic rating if they prefer not to provide feedback.
- This allows them to proceed without interruption, especially if you are already collecting feedback through your own survey.
2. Use Your Own Rating Survey
- You can create and integrate your own rating survey within the Memo or as a separate activity.
- Klaxoon’s Survey or Quiz activities are great tools for gathering customized feedback from participants.
Why Is Automatic Rating Important?
- User Experience: It allows participants to share feedback with the activity's author, helping them improve the activity's content and how they host it.
